Messi scored one and made another as Inter Miami ran out 3-2 winners on the day, with Luis Suarez netting the decisive goal 19 minutes from time. The game was, however, broken up on a few occasions by excited fans making their way onto the field.
On one such occasion, Messi’s bodyguard – Yassine Cheuko, who previously worked with him at Paris Saint-Germain – raced across the pitch to get to the selfie-hunting supporter before match security could join him.
